Click Start Settings Control Panel. Click 'Add/Remove Programs'. The 'Currently installed programs' list in the 'Add or Remove Programs' tool lists all of the Windows-compatible programs that have an uninstall program or feature. Remove a controlled application using a specific application uninstaller. Mac mini (M1, 2020) MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) Sophos Intercept X for Mac does not natively support this new chipset; however, it can be made to work using a piece of backwards compatibility software called Rosetta 2. This software needs to be installed on the Mac before joining it to the EAP and it updating to 10.0.2.

On sophos KB I read to update the agent from v2.2.9 to v10, but before the upgrade to Big Sur I couldn't find any v10. Automatic updates didn't work, I always had v2.2.9. Our mistake, we shouldn't have upgraded. But Sophos had months to prepare for this moment with the Big Sur beta, I don't understand. Uninstall Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac Using the Built-in or Standalone Tools, or via Terminal There are reports received that the removal tool is not working for macOS 11 (Big Sur). Please follow the steps on our BIG SUR EAP recommended reads, HOW TO: Remove System Extensions, this issue should be addressed when the General Availability support for the product comes out.
